Rental Particulars - This is a large 12 Operatory dental office with
central compressor, vacuum, air conditioning, music, and nitrous
oxide.
Operatory #1, #2, and #3 are available with chair, x-ray, film developer, autoclave, vacuform, polishing lathe, and storage cabinets. You must provide
your own materials, staff and instruments. Rental cost is $350 for
once per week use for this operatory. If renting for 2 days, rental
drops to $250/day, 3 day rental is $215/day, and 4 day rental is
$175/day. Use of private doctor’s lounge and bathroom, panorex
room, kitchen, front desk area and waiting room is all included in
rental price.
Operatories #’s 4, 5, and 6 are rented as a three room full time package. They
have no dental equipment or supplies. Cabinetry and sinks are
provided in each room. Plumbing and electrical wiring is installed
for easy hook up of your own equipment. Use of private doctor’s
lounge and bathroom, panorex room, kitchen, private business office,
front desk area and waiting room is all included in rental price.
This package is the equivalent of renting an office of approximately
1200 square feet.
Rental fee is $2,500 per month, plus $300/month
for utilities. This comes out to less than $50/day per treatment room!
